Caulking can be very costly if not done by a professional caulker. Picture you have spent good money, spent hours finding the right trades, the job is close to finish, you just need to get the caulking sorted and you can start using the area or get your certificate or occupation. The day comes and the person who caulked it made an absolute mess of your project. We have seen this many times and have had to fix countless jobs already started by someone who didn't really know what they were doing. Don't get yourself into one of these situations. Caulking although at times seems unimportant to some, can make and break a project. Also it is a requirement for certificate of occupancy in wet areas, brick joints and other areas. We started back in late 2013, with 10 years experience of being in the industry. We have seen and been involved in our fair share of jobs, from caulking small jobs such as house renovations to bathrooms or kitchens, caulking brand new houses and sub-divisions, to larger scale work such as hospitals, student accommodation at universities, aged-care centres and various apartment complex.
